Refund Policy

Notion Instagram Grid Widget (digital product) — all sales final

The Notion Instagram Grid Widget is a digital software product delivered instantly via a private setup link emailed after purchase. Your purchase is a one-time payment for lifetime access (see the “lifetime” definition in our Terms).

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on this digital product. Because access is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all purchases are non-refundable.
• We may, at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, make an exception (for example, a genuine technical issue we cannot resolve). Any such exception does not create an obligation to offer refunds in other cases. To raise an issue, email [support email] from the address used at checkout.
• Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate revocation of your license and access.
• EU/UK customers: the [14]-day right of withdrawal does not apply once supply of digital content has begun. By purchasing and opening your setup link, you expressly consent to immediate supply of the digital product and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
