WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer free Digital shipping on all orders.
You can find your digital order immediately after the order has been processed, which can take anywhere between 30 seconds and 24 business hours, but will not exceed 24 business hours. If your digital order includes a membership or course access, that is given and provided to you within 24 business hours.
If your method of payment requires additional verification through fraud prevention, this may delay your order, but will generally be resolved within 24-72 business hours while the merchant processor has time to verify your method of payment.
All orders are available for download from your account, which can be accessed by logging in and looking under the “Downloads” tab.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping, other than digital downloads.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
All digital orders will be processed as soon as your payment method is confirmed.
