Bookstagram Author Website Template

$1,300One payment. One website. No subscription.

A warm, bookish author website for readers who love a quiet evening, that you own outright. Forty-five pages, from a book page with a tab for every format to reader teams, a free-book funnel, a shop and a media kit, with a slow-scrolling photo wall on the home page, light and dark mode, and a simple dashboard for adding books, posts and events without touching code.

  • Built for cozy, atmospheric authors: soft sage and cream, serif headings with character, and a home page that opens on a wall of slowly moving photographs.
  • Readers decide on your book page, so every book gets a page with a tab for each format, its ISBN, page count or narrator, and every place to buy it.
  • Light and dark mode, each designed on its own, so the site feels as good by lamplight as it does by day.
  • Add a new book, event or blog post from a simple dashboard, and see changes go live in seconds. No code.
  • No plugins to update and nothing to hack. You own the code, the domain and every account.

About Bookstagram Author Website Template

Bookstagram is for the author whose readers curl up with a cup of tea and a long series. It is built on soft sage and cream, with serif headings that have some character and a home page that opens on a wall of slowly moving photographs.

Every book gets a tab for each format, with its own price, ISBN or ASIN, page count, narrator and audiobook length, cover credit and buy links. Everything is edited from a simple dashboard, so adding a book, an event or a post takes minutes.

Light and dark mode are each designed on their own. See the dark version at the live demo.

Forms are built in and ready to connect to the email service you already use. Buy buttons go to your retailers, and you can switch on direct sales whenever you are ready. The legal pages are templates for a lawyer to review, not legal advice.

Good to know: the sample author, books, ISBNs and prices are placeholders, and the demo photos and covers are for previewing only. Use your own images on your site. Your license covers one website.

Everything in the shop comes from the same desk: built for my own books, clients, and newsletters first, then cleaned up and put on the shelf.
